This policy explains what personal data Elevique ("we", "us") collects through elevique.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

• Contact and project forms — your name, email, phone number, message, and where provided your company, city, website and budget.
• Accounts — if you sign in to the client portal or store, your email address and basic profile from Google Sign-In, plus the briefs, files and orders you submit.
• Technical data — your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit form submissions and prevent spam, and error reports (without form contents) help us fix bugs.

How We Use It

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver the work you order, provide access to your account, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where It Is Stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare R2 (media files), Upstash (rate limiting) and Sentry (error monitoring). These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to run the service.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up on a potential project. Account and order data are kept while your account is active and as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing connect@elevique.in. Cookies and browser storage are described in our Cookie Policy.
