Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. They help sites remember your preferences and understand how you use them. This page lists every cookie Elevique sets, why, and how you can control it.
Cookies We Set
Elevique sets exactly one cookie — a session cookie required to keep you signed in to authenticated areas. Anonymous visitors to the marketing pages (Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Contact) receive no cookies at all.
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Duration | How to Opt Out |
|---|---|---|---|---|
sb-<project-ref>-auth-token | Essential | Supabase Auth session — keeps you signed in to /admin, /team, /portal, and /store/dashboard | Session, refreshed automatically while active; expires on logout or after prolonged inactivity | Required to use signed-in areas; cannot be disabled without losing access. Clearing it (or logging out) ends the session. |
Other Storage (Not Cookies)
Listed here for transparency, even though these aren't cookies and aren't sent to our servers.
| Storage | Purpose | Duration | How to Opt Out |
|---|---|---|---|
localStorage: global-video-muted | Remembers your video sound preference on the marketing site | Until cleared | Clear browser site data |
sessionStorage (store checkout) | Holds your in-progress order brief (photos, logo, choices) while you complete checkout | Cleared when the tab closes | Clear browser site data (will lose in-progress order) |
Third Parties
Supabase provides authentication and sets the session cookie above. Google Sign-In is used to authenticate but does not set any additional tracking cookies as part of that flow. Elevique does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or analytics cookies today. See Supabase's privacy policy for details on their cookie.
Do Not Track
Elevique does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as no uniform DNT standard exists. This has no practical effect today since Elevique does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Note that clearing the session cookie will sign you out of any authenticated area.
Changes to This Policy
If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, this page will be updated and, where required, a consent banner will be introduced. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
